Degree Unit is one of the most important sections of the Controller’s Office. This section has been successfully dealing in variety of tasks by preparing Degree, Diploma, Certificates and makes entry in Enrollment Registers of all students in the NGM College.
This section prepares Provisional Certificates, Migration Certificates, Academic Transcripts and Rank Certificates of passed out students.
Degree Unit also compiles course-wise Rank Lists, Gold Medal recipients list and makes Stock Entry.
Apart from this, Degree Section verifies educational documents of passed out students received from India and overseas.
In addition to above facilities, the following new practices have been adopted from the session 2020 to facilitate students:
- Computerized Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates
- Computerized Transcripts of Academic Record
- Award of Gold Medal to student by the Controller of Examinations
